Who doesn’t like an easy-to-make Independence Day dessert? This super quick 4th of July flag platter could not be easier to assemble.
It’s fun to make, healthy, and delicious to eat and your party guests will love it. This fun fruit flag platter is a patriotic, colorful, and healthy way to end your holiday meal.
All it takes are 4 ingredients, a cookie sheet, and a few minutes of preparation, and this fun dessert will be ready for your Independence Day party.

Ingredients for the 4th of July flag platter
All you need to make this healthy and patriotic summer dessert are four ingredients and a cookie sheet:

- 5 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced in half
- ½ cups of blueberries
- ½ cup of mini marshmallows
- 3 cups of yogurt covered pretzels
The blueberries and some mini marshmallows will be used to make the star portion of the fruit flag platter. Fresh summer strawberries will be added to make the red stripes, and yogurt-covered pretzels will be used for the white stripes.
How to make the 4th of July fruit tray
Since the weather for the Fourth of July is generally hot, I love that this dessert is easy to prepare and I don’t have to heat my kitchen by using the stove.
Line the cookie sheet with wax paper and combine the blueberries and mini marshmallows in a shallow dish. Place this dish in the corner of the cookie sheet.

Cut each strawberry in half. Now, it’s time to layer, layer, layer!
Start making the stripes, using one row of strawberry halves and one of yogurt pretzels. Repeat these layers until you have filled your tray with red and white stripes!

Once you have everything all lined up, your super cute American flag will be ready to serve to your party guests. It is easy to take to parties since it travels well.

What could be easier and more fun than making this dessert for your friends? It’s healthier than sweet cakes but the kids will still love to dig into it.

Easy 4th of July Flag Platter
This patriotic flag platter is made from fruit and pretzels. It's the perfect Fourth of July table centerpiece and makes a healthy and patriotic party dessert.
Ingredients
- 5 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced in half
- ½ cups of blueberries
- ½ cup of mini marshmallows
- 3 cups of yogurt covered pretzels
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or large platter with wax paper.
- Wash the strawberries and allow them to dry.
- Combine the blueberries and mini marshmallows in a rectangular shaped bowl and place the dish on the top left corner of your tray.
- Lay out the strawberries and yogurt pretzels in lines to represent the flag stripes.
- Enjoy!
