Just like the national days of the year, these monthly observances cover a wide range of topics. From health awareness months to national food months, each occasion is waiting to be observed.

On the medical front, July is National Fragile X Awareness Month. It’s also celebrated by the foodies as National Grilling Month and by the environmentally conscious as Plastic Free July.
