January is National Oatmeal Month, National Soup Month and National Hobby Month as well as many other monthly observances.

Many of the national days are devoted to the winter activities, which makes sense since January is right in the middle of the winter.

But that is not all there is to celebrate.  The month is full of days that honor some of our favorite foods and activities.

National Hot Sauce day, National Sticker Day, National Disc Jockey Day and National Peanut Butter day are just a few of the favorites to honor this month!
